Let's get reaquainted!

It's been a while since I last posted....a long while. A lot has happened in the last few years that I'm excited to share! The biggest news being that I own my own Travel Agency, Magically Fun Vacations. Not only do I have some amazing agents working with me but my travel has been able to pick up some. Bradley and I have traveled from Walt Disney World to Punta Cana to Paris! What a whirlwind it has been.

Lets talk about Paris (because goodness knows I could go on for days about Disney!).

What a life changing trip this was. We spent 9 days in the city exploring, eating, and just spending quality time together. We met up with new friends (who have become very dear to us) and got to experience Disneyland Paris in the process.

While in Paris we explored the Catacombs, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, the outside of the Louvre (since we didn't realize it was closed the day we went, poor planning on the travel agents part. Ha!) and ate....boy did we eat!

Our friends Suus and Jort (in just a couple short weeks will be meeting up with us at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando!) If you have never been to Disneyland Paris, you have to go! It's different from Walt Disney World and Disneyland but charming in it's own way.

Let's talk food....the food...I will dream about the food until I can go back! I only ate one thing that wasn't great and it's just because it needed salt. I ate cheese, bread, and wine every day (with some other items added in).

The CHEESE! Talk about heaven on earth!

Beef Bourguignon...it was a very hot summer day in Paris and usually this is only served in the winter. Thankfully I found a place that had it. I was not disappointed! It was amazing!

Steak Frites. This is the one meal that wasn't as good as it looked. I had to try it but I was disappointed (I'll try it again but at a different restaurant).

Banana Nutella Crepe. Can't go to Paris and not have a crepe. Yes, it was as good as it looked!

There was a chain of bakeries called Paul's Pastries. While waiting in the 3 1/2 hour line for the Catacombs (this travel agent now knows to make sure to get a skip the line pass next time), I walked across the street for a little snack. This was so refreshing. The custard was light, the strawberries we sweet! Delish!

This beauty was from our last night in Paris (a truly sad evening for both of us!) This Gelato shop had a line out the door so we knew it had to be good. Look at how beautiful it is and even topped with a Macaroon!

Bradley and I knew we had to share a small bit of our trip with friends and family so we came home with a new suitcase filled with 10 bottles of wine and about 20 different cheeses! Did you know that the cheese shops will package your cheese to take home? (complete with being vaccum sealed), now if only I could get it shipped, I would be in heaven!
